REMOTE ROLE. Sole Designer within a small marketing team at Glassguard, a DTC brand in the domestic Cleaning Product space, reporting to the Managing Director and Marketing Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

— Designed all assets for paid ads, all company eCom sites and email marketing campaigns

— Produced all design and artwork for product packaging, ensuring brand consistency

— Designed pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicated business initiatives to stakeholders, and market opportunties for new business

— Designed a custom icon library consisting of 120 icons, for use across all digital channels and packaging

— Using Pacdora, created mockups of new product packaging for product pages and launch campaigns

— Edited and retouched product and lifestyle photography for marketing and eCommerce use


Global Senior Graphic Designer

Clearlight Saunas International | 2021 - 2025

Sole designer within a global marketing team at Clearlight Saunas, responsible for delivering creative solutions across digital and print channels for diverse international markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

— Managed delivery of high quality digital assets, driving a 22% YoY increase in global sales, and creative campaign assets and scroll-stopping short-form videos, boosting Instagram and Meta ad engagement by up to 25%

— Increased website conversion rates by 18% through UX-focused and optimised landing pages

My first major project was auditing six old, hard-coded websites and delivering a complete redesign. We rebuilt in Webflow, which I project managed with an off-site developer. This platform allowed teams to perform CRO in-house, achieve faster page speeds, and create a better user experience. The company transitioned to eCommerce via Shopify two years later.

As the Senior designer in a very busy marketing team, I lead the production of high quality design assets across all marketing channels, later transitioning into a UX Designer role to elevate the TripADeal user experience across digital touch points.

— Led a pivotal identity refresh through a new elevated brand system, which was applied across all print and digital marketing channels
