TripADeal

Project

TripADeal is a leading Australian travel brand offering curated, value-driven holiday packages to destinations around the world.

As Senior Designer within a fast-paced marketing team, I delivered high-quality creative across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand presence. I led TripADeal’s visual rebrand and design system overhaul across print and digital, before transitioning into a UX-focused role to enhance email journeys and optimise customer flows.

TripADeal “Travel & Escape” Magazine.

I designed and produced all the collateral for TripADeal’s first ever Roadshow, which travelled the east coast of Australia. Among a bunch of material gifted inside a branded showbag was a 36 page magazine, designed to inspire TripADeal’s large and loyal customer base.

TripADeal Values & Culture Pack

I designed and project managed all content and print production for the TripADeal “Values & Culture Pack”: a set of postcards & annual culture plan presented in a specialty print slipcase, provided to all employees as part of the TripADeal employee onboarding journey.

UX Case Study

While working at TripADeal as Senior Designer, I shifted into a UX role after 18 months. I completed a UX Design course with General Assembly, using the existing eCommerce site as my case study. User research highlighted two key issues—a poor mobile experience and an overly simplistic search function—leading to a proposed mobile-first redesign with an enhanced, more intuitive search UI, demonstrated here in the desktop prototype.
